Business Development Manager / Executive Producer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office 2x Weekly)

Go Motion is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager / Executive Producer to join our team.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee the production of high-quality advertising campaigns while driving business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Go Motion’s market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the production of all advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects efficiently.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and client services.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align production efforts with business development goals.
• Identify and onboard high-quality vendors and freelancers for production needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Producer or a Business Development Associate/Supervisor/Manager in an above-the-line advertising or marketing agency, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Passion for creativity and innovation.
