The Business Development Engineer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting technical solutions to drive company growth in engineering and technical markets. This role combines technical knowledge with sales and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure feasibility and client requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support contract negotiations and sales strategy implementation
• Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and technical discussions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in business development, sales support, or technical marketing
• Strong understanding of engineering products and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
