• Provide customer assistance through troubleshooting and technical support
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Document interactions and follow standard processes and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• With previous technical support background, preferably but not required(phone, chat, or email)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao
• Can start on ASAP
