簡介

  • This is for Dayshift Blended Account Back office campaign
  • Schedule: Daytime hours—common shift is 8 AM to 5 PM or similar, with weekends off in many cases. Some positions are fixed dayshift, others may rotate but usually exclude graveyards
  • Duties: Handling inbound/outbound communication via phone, email, or chat. Key responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, using ticketing systems, and maintaining accurate records
  • Requirements & Perks: Typically requires high school or college level education. BPO experience helpful but not always mandatory.
