About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team at Best Reliable Resources PH. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City office and offers an opportunity to lead the financial strategy of a dynamic and growing organization.

As the CFO, you will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company’s sustainability and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting in alignment with the company’s growth objectives
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including general accounting, treasury, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to executive leadership, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
• Managing the budgeting process and providing actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards while upholding internal financial controls and policies
• Analyzing financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed executive decision-making
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with operational execution
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. (With at least 3 years in a senior management or CFO role)
• Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver insights to support strategic initiatives
• Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certified Public Account (CPA) License or equivalent financial certification is highly preferred but not required.
