The customer service representative interact with customers to handle complaints. Process, orders, and provide information about the company services and customers cargo status.


  • Willing to work Monday- to- Saturday
  • Willing to be assigned in Port 4 BREDCO, Reclamation Area, Barangay, Bacolod, 6100


SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to work independently and under Pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have a keen eye for details
  • Must be able to easily understand instructions
  • Must be knowledgeable in creating reports

EDUCATION

  • Must be a collage graduate or any relevant courses


EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably with 1 or 2 years of relevant experience on a similar industry or operation

  • Effective Organizational skills, able to work as part of the team
