Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Capable of multi tasking and managing time efficiently
  • Has basic background in health account
  • Preferably with Customer Service experience
  • Preferably without any reliability issues from previous jobs


Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
  • Providing claims status.
  • Reviewing basic patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
  • Researching and appealing basic denied claims.
  • Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
