  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Assist with product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer records.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Qualifications: College Graduate with at least 6 months CCE/TSR or Undergraduate with at least 1 year CSR/TSR
  • With knowledge on Windows OS and MS Office Apps, B2 CEFR, 32WPM.
