JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who can deliver excellent service while confidently offering postpaid solutions that match customer needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for a Telco Postpaid account.
• Provide accurate information on postpaid plans, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Resolve billing, account, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and sales targets.
• Document interactions accurately following company standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience (sales account preferred).
• Can accept without BPO experience as long as with exceptional communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset is an advantage but not required.

SALARY & INCENTIVES DETAILS:
