Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve complex problems.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and tools.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
