Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Pasig/Ortigas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 24k


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. If you have at least 6 months of BPO experience, or you're a college graduate no BPO Experience ready to start a career in customer support, we want to hear from you!


  • At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • A college graduate (No BPO experience required)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Document interactions and follow up on customer concerns
  • Work with team leads and managers to resolve complex issues
