About the role

• As a Mandarin-speaking Digital Marketing at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for creating engaging and localized Chinese-language content across various platforms, including websites, and tech forums. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to drive awareness and adoption of our cloud hosting products.

What you'll be doing

• Write promotional content, tutorials, and announcements for platforms like Telegram and company website.
• 负责撰写公司在Telegram频道、官网、论坛等平台的推广内容，包括文案、教程、使用指南、活动通知等

• Develop engaging blog content and community posts for tech forums (e.g., Hostloc, V2EX).
• 编写并维护论坛/社区/资源站软文（如 Hostloc、V2EX）

• Create SEO-friendly content to help grow organic traffic.
• 产出基础 SEO 内容，如博客文章、专题页面，帮助提升自然流量

• Work closely with designers and developers to deliver landing pages, bot dialogues, and onboarding content.
• 与设计和开发团队协作，完成落地页、引导页、Bot 对话文案等内容

• Support marketing campaigns by drafting campaign copy and creating supporting assets.
• 协助策划营销活动的文案方案与撰写相关文案和宣传素材

• Analyze competitor content and propose improvements in messaging and tone.
• 参与竞品内容分析，提出优化建议和改进方向

What we're looking for

• 2year of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or community engagement.
• 至少 2年相关经验（文案策划、内容运营、市场推广等）

• Excellent Chinese writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• 中文写作能力强，能准确、简洁传达产品价值

• Familiarity with Telegram and tech communities is preferred.
• 熟悉 Telegram、站长社区、Bot 工具等内容生态者优先

• Basic understanding of cloud hosting, CDN, VPS, or related tools—or a strong willingness to learn.
• 对云服务器、VPS、建站工具等技术产品有基本了解或学习能力强

• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to fast-changing content needs.
• 思维灵活，适应节奏快、场景多变的工作内容

• Experience with soft marketing content or tutorial writing is preferred.
• 有软文、活动策划、教程撰写经验者优先

• Office Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)
• Off Days: 6 days off per month (including Sundays and alternate Saturdays)
