  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong written communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Help Desk operations and data analysis is a plus.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require collaboration with different departments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills, and effective in English communication.
