JOB SUMMARY:

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in order to support strategic financial insights to support the organization’s growth and profitability.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Reporting

• Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed to support decision-making

• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reports.

• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

Planning

• Prepares and reviews annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization

• Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A.  Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus

B.  Work Experience

• With at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

C.  Skills

• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
