Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and adept in customer relationship management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for high call volume.
