Strategy & Growth Manager
You will lead Strategy, creative growth and innovation.
As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in the conception and evolution of pioneering services that are needed to solve everyday problems within the working world.

Responsibilities
- Devise and own the growth strategy for the business units & brands. These include Marketing services, PR, creative solutions, SOPs, lead generation optimization and more
- Work directly with the CEO on group wide strategies and roadmaps. Advise and implement initiatives as required.
- Implement cutting edge marketing principles & practices, utilizing latest ai tools and strategies.
- Lead on all marketing & PR strategies for both internal and client initiatives
- Define SOPs for client project implementations.
- Create SOPs for end to end process from BD team to completion: prospect -> client -> project launch -> project management -> successful project
- Working with design team to enhance the social media presence, engagement and unique brand styles of each brand across all platforms.
- Take the lead on all growth and innovative initiatives for current brands, including process management, SOP optimization, people management and service delivery.
- Own the growth strategy and expanding brand awareness throughout target markets.
- Optimize sales strategies throughout each step of the funnel process ending with quantifiable results.
- Take the lead on RFPs, prospect engagement and closing.
- Assist the client success team to understand the needs of the prospect, what the project entails and delivering above client expectations.
- Lead customer / client engagement process and ensure high level interaction with all prospects and clients.
- Align with leaders across the internal group and implement, optimize processes to utilize all skills and expertise via collaboration and creative planning.
- Oversee the lead generation process and systems.
- Oversee the creative and engaging copy used on all prospect and existing client communications.
- Manage the KPIs and deliverables of Customer Success, Marketing, creatives, lead generation and others. Adapt where required to pursue continual improvement towards optimization.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across all innovation brands.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong background within marketing, SOP, growth and creativity within an online product or service provider environment.
- Previous creative agency or similar background
- Strong PR & Communications background
- Utilizing cutting edge, AI tools and innovative marketing principles & practices
- Client project management experience
- Balance of operational management and strategic planning.
- Creative background within marketing, content, design or similar. Someone who sees things differently from the majority.
- Strategic approach to growth and innovation with a strong corporate acumen, thriving to exceed company goals and growth targets.
- People management background, owning team KPIs and deliverables.
- Process improvement background, ideally within a startup or fast evolving environment.
- SOP creation and optimization. The operational ability to identify areas for continual improvement.
- Background in sales funnel optimization, management and success is preferred
- RFP / proposal and prospect client presentations.
- Proven ability to guide prospect to client conversion.
- Client / customer success background, delivering above and beyond expectations.
- A personality and character that inspires.
- Someone who will lead by example and get involved in whatever is needed to achieve the mutual goals.
