- Greet and check-in guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Job Title:Receptionist
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service expertise, and proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, check-in/check-out procedures, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
