簡介

  • Help project managers with planning and resource allocation for projects
  • Allocate the correct resources to the right job at the optimal time, all within budget.
  • Provide project managers with collaborative support on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Adapt plans and reallocate resources to increase efficiency or deal with any unexpected hiccups that a project encounters.
  • Prepare and execute a resource capacity plan and resource schedules

職位要求

  1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
  2. Must possess a good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  3. Must have initiative
  4. Must be organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented.
  5. Must be analytical and with good problem solving skills.
  6. Has the ability to encourage cooperative working relationships
  7. Has goal-setting skills
