簡介

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and route gate pass for IT Equipment’s

  • Receive and route approval for vendor work permit

  • Prepare hotel accommodation for IT team

  • Prepare Service Request Vehicle (SVR) and communicating with HR Admin for available car

  • Prepare Domestic Travel Authority (DTA) for IT team site visit and request fund requirements to HR Admin

  • Receive billing statement/invoice that needs to be transmitted to other business unit.

  • Prepare, record/monitor and ensure complete documents for Payment Request Memorandum (PRM) to be submitted to Finance/Prosync

  • Inform supplier for any check collection

  • Monitor and submit invoices for accrual to Finance

  • Prepare and route IT Memorandum

  • Validate, route and monitor IT contracts and SMITS/ITMSI/Prosync forms

  • Monitor and request IT Office Supplies

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related courses).

  • With Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities, Communication skills, and organizational skills

  • Computer literate
