- Government Compliance and Documentation
- Business Permits and Licensing
- Financial Transactions and Budget Handling
- Accounting Support
- Graduate of 4 year course (any course)
- Knowledge of business registration, permits, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with government portals (e.g., BIR, SEC, DTI, LGU systems)
- Basic understanding of budgeting, petty cash handling, and financial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents
- Must be willing to travel locally for errands, government visits, or document filing
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license
