Role Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the conceptualization to the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to help the company establish a strong brand presence both in the local and international scene.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational attainment of at least college graduate with a degree on Marketing, Advertising, or any related degree
- Proficient in the use of online tools and platforms such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office, Adobe, and Canva
- Experience with social media marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent social media marketing skills
- Solid project management skills
- Capability to think out of the box
- Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for multi-tasking
- Resilience in navigating stressful situations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement
Responsibilities:
- Craft branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional and advertising materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative external and internal marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
- Liaise effectively with internal team members
