We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in the air conditioning (HVAC) industry to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and evaluation of HVAC systems used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

This role requires a strong understanding of thermodynamics, mechanical systems, and on-site coordination. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure systems operate efficiently, meet client requirements, and comply with industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC) – preferred or required.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance.
• Experience in air conditioning systems (e.g., split-type, VRF/VRV, central AC units).
• Knowledge of HVAC system design, load calculations, and ducting layout.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, HAP, or other mechanical design software.
• Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and types of refrigerants (R-22, R-410A, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and blueprints.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle on-site work.
• Willing to do field/site inspections and occasional overtime.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working in varying site conditions.
• With a valid driver’s license (optional but preferred for site travel).
