- Oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other mechanical building systems.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
- Supervise mechanical system upgrades and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Knowledge of building systems, energy management, and mechanical systems design.
