TITLE/POSITION: Oracle Fusion – Human Capital Management (HCM)

WORK SETUP: REMOTE WORK (Once a month RTO)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1 Year renewable contract.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oracle HCM data structure across different Oracle HCM products
• Query/extract data from Oracle HCM
• Reporting with OTBI, BI Publisher
• Formatting and presenting information with RTF, eText, Excel templates
• Ad-hoc load of data into Oracle HCM with HDL
• Oracle HCM Security, User, Roles, Privileges, Data Roles, Security Profiles, etc.
• Write Oracle Fast Formula, syntax, and usage in context of different Oracle HCM products, e.g., Core HR, Compensation, T&L, etc.
• Approval Flows, troubleshoot transactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Oracle HCM Extracts
• Understand key HDL Objects across different Oracle HCM products. Complete multiple data migration cycles
• Proficiency in ANSI/Oracle SQL
• Information security, exchange information in a secure way, SSH, file encryption, etc.
• Formatting BI Publisher reports with XSLT templates, proficiency in XPath, XSLT
• Oracle OIC, OCI, ATP
• Oracle HCM REST API, SOAP
• CAN START ASAP IS A PLUS
• MUST HAVE STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
