Job Summary: The Production Assistant Manager supports daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, quality compliance, and achievement of operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and line management.
• Monitor WIP, material flow, and production output.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Support production projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop production staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. , MA or MBA is a Plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, and line management to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Proven track record in managing work-in-progress (WIP) and material flow to prevent production delays and optimize resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience in conducting quality assurance checks, non-conformance analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process control.
• Background in managing or participating in project-based initiatives, with a focus on timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, including coordinating manpower allocation, training, and performance management.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, with a history of successfully reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and implementing best practices.
