Job Summary:

Sales Promodiser is responsible for promoting, selling, and merchandising company products within the SM Department Store. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring proper product display and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell assigned products to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with product inquiries, features, pricing, and usage
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays based on company and store standards
• Ensure product availability by monitoring stocks and coordinating replenishment
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and submit required documents on time
• Monitor product expiration dates, damages, and returns
• Follow store policies, company rules, and merchandising guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area

Qualifications:

• With or without experience in sales or merchandising
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, presentable, and energetic
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
