• Inspect all stages of construction—including site works, housing units, and amenities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct material inspections, issue non-compliance reports (NCRs), and monitor rectification of defects.
• Review technical drawings and provide on-site technical support to ensure accurate implementation.
• Process and validate contractor billings, perform punch listings, and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team while enforcing safety, health, and environmental standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
• Willing to be relocated as needed.
• Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City for one (1) week.
• Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
