• Evaluate tender and quotation documents.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for project tendering.
• Source, review, and compare costs from trade suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare preliminary design proposals for design-and-build projects.
• Conduct cost comparisons and submit reports to management for approval.
• Produce and review AutoCAD drawings.
• Interpret and work with M&E drawings and specifications.
• Support mechanical engineering design and assist in ACMV system design.
• Perform basic calculations, including duct sizing, heat load calculation, and cost estimation.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers and advise on project administration and contractual issues.
• Handle other QS-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills; able to liaise effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in M&E / ACMV design is an advantage.
• Must reside within 30 minutes traveling distance from the office.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Permanent
• Salary: From ₱20,000 per month, plus performance bonus
• Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday — 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday — 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• Office Location: 718 Santo Rosario St, Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines
