Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Officer (Recruitment Officer) will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and processing qualified applicants for deployment to Japan. He will ensure recruitment targets are met while maintaining compliance with the company standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen qualified applicants based on job requirements

2. Conduct interviews and initial assessments

3. Coordinate with applicants regarding requirements, schedules, and deployment updates

4. Prepare and maintain recruitment records and reports

5. Assist in processing documentation for overseas deployment

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deployment

7. Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1. College Graduate
2. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
3. With good communication skills (oral and written)
4. Flexible, hardworking, team player and goal-oriented
5. Willing to render extra time, including holidays and weekend
6. Knowledge in Nihonggo is a plus
