Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with architectural and interior design firms, including those representing well-known local and international architects and designers management to reach the company's target.
- Lead the spec-in of TOTO products into design and project specifications.
- Engage from the early stages of projects (planning and design phases) to:
- Understand client needs
- Propose optimal products and solutions
- Prepare quotations and support price negotiations and contract processes
- Coordinate activities through to delivery and completion
- Maintain close communication and information sharing with existing distributors.
- Promote joint proposal activities toward architectural and design firms.
- Provide technical, proposal-related, and informational support to enhance distributors’ sales activities.
- Consolidate shipment data (sell-in / sell-out) from all distributors.
- Conduct performance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze trends by project, distributor, and product category.
- Use analytical insights to:
- Propose improvements to sales strategies
- Identify issues and develop actionable next steps
- Support distributors’ marketing activities, including exhibitions, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in managing and updating TOTO’s official website and social media accounts, including:
- Content planning
- Review and coordination of post materials
- Ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging
- Reflect market insights and customer feedback from sales activities into marketing initiatives.

TOTO has high brand recognition among customers, our primary target segment. Our products are widely used in luxury locations, including high-end hotels and Japanese restaurants across the Philippines. Additionally, since TOTO holds the No.1 market share in Japan, many people who have visited Japan are already familiar with the brand.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (B2B or B2C; experience in building materials, sanitary equipment, or real estate-related industries preferred)
- Proven experience advancing business opportunities through communication with distributors and customers
- Experience with handling the same product distributor (client has 2 distributors currently)
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment
- Sales areas are dynamic in location, and a driver's license or personal vehicle is not required
- Experience working with architectural firms, designers, or the interior industry
- Interest or experience in marketing, social media management, or data analysis
- Experience working in multinational or Japanese companies
- Positive and persistent personality
Benefits:
- Bonus: Yes (normally one month bonus in addition to 13 months' pay)
- SL/VL every 14 days *Max 20 days

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Interview process: F2F 2x (separate days)
- 1st interview: Local director and Expat f2f
- 2nd interview: President of HQ in Singapore (online but may be asked to come to the Manila Branch)
