Job Responsibilities

  • Solicit new customers and generate quality business opportunities that meet the company’s credit standards.
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio effectively to achieve marketing, credit, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing of accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address potential risks or issues.
  • Perform occasional fieldwork and on-site client visits as required.


Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or any related business course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or client-facing roles within banking, leasing, or finance industries.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with above-average presentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct occasional fieldwork.
