Anchor Land is renowned for its unique residential properties in Manila Chinatown, with a focus on diverse property markets including commercial, retail, office, warehousing, and hotel and resort developments within and outside of Metro Manila.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Parañaque at Anchor Land. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
