Job briefWe are looking for a Sales Officer/Manager to help us service our clientele. You will play a crucial role in creating and fostering relationships with Property Developers.
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. Physical appearance will be required for client meetings.
Responsibilities- Lead sales efforts in Southern Mindanao;
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations;
- Build strong relationships with property developers, ensure high levels of client retention to promote long-term relationships and repeat business, and seek feedback from property developer clients;
- Assist the Head of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, educate property developers regarding Uwi’s products and services, collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns and events targeting property developers;
- Work together with the Account Management team for the evaluation of property developers;
- Together with the Head of Sales, monitor trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges; analyze competitor’s offerings to identify areas for differentiation and improvement; develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and address potential threats;
- Together with the Head of Sales, prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends; analyze sales data to identify patterns, areas of improvement, and successful strategies; predict future sales performance and market conditions to guide strategic planning;
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, if applicable; provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members; set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to team members;
- Accredit qualified referral partners;
Requirements and skills- At least 5 years experience as a Sales Officer/Manager in a bank/non-bank financial institution (preferably from the branch)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM software
- Proficiency in English and Bisaya
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Self-motivated
