New Business Development Representative

Everstrong Martial Arts & Fitness is a fast-growing Malaysian martial arts brand dedicated to supplying high-quality equipment and apparel to dojos, instructors, schools, and retail partners nationwide. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a driven and disciplined New Business Development Representative to be part of our growth journey.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for representing and promoting Everstrong’s product range, developing new B2B accounts, and strengthening long-term relationships within the martial arts community. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organised, and comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Everstrong products professionally to dojos, instructors, schools, and retailers
• Actively develop new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Maintain and ensure professional customer service standards
• Fulfil customer orders accurately, promptly, and in a professional manner
• Build strong rapport with key decision-makers in the martial arts ecosystem
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
• Participate in periodic performance reviews and contribute to sales improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience in sales, business development, or B2B account management is an advantage. (Those without relevant experience but are keen to work in sales are also encouraged to apply)
• Interest or background in martial arts, sports, or active lifestyle industries is highly preferred but not compulsory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
