- Prospecting & Development: Identify and pursue potential customers in new territories, opening new dealer/client accounts.
- Sales Activities: Deliver sales pitches, negotiate deals, close sales, and secure new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Travel: Frequently travel to different towns, cities, or regions (outstations) for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report performance, and analyze market trends to management.
- Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of products/services to effectively advise customers.
- Admin & Follow-up: Handle sales orders, process payments, and manage customer follow-ups.
