Responding to customer queries through various platforms (non-voice)
Ability to assist customers in a non-robotic manner and provide a direct and straightforward solution
Acting as a front line to our company in guiding customers to our products, processes, terms, and conditions
Upselling to customers on our ongoing marketing campaigns
Ability to identify case cruciality and efficiently escalate to the rightful department
Intercommunication with other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow
Providing good customer service relationships with new and existing customers to ensure brand image is preserved
Strictly adhering to all company SOPs while performing duties
The Customer Service Specialist will be working on shifts of 40 hours/week in total.Able to work three shifts including morning, evening and weekend shifts on public holidays.

Preferably with more than 3~5 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
Fluency in the English language;
Sociability and stress tolerance;
Experienced PC user;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach;
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure;
