Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain complex LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

• Lead network-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security policies.

• Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning.

• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and training.

• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.

• A senior level that wants to be a lead in the future
