Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to meet our product and service requirements (raw materials and packaging materials)
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best value for the company
Managing supplier relationships and performance, ensuring we receive high-quality materials and services on time
Optimizing our procurement processes and inventory levels to improve efficiency and cost savings
Collaborating cross-functionally to align sourcing activities with our manufacturing and distribution plans
Maintaining detailed records and reporting on procurement activities and cost savings

Significant experience (3+ years) in a Sourcing or Procurement role, ideally within the manufacturing industries
With significant network of suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials both here and abroad.
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management systems
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different departments
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
Importation background/experience is a plus
