Job Dimension:
- Support all entities particularly on recruitment, training, employee relations, communications, and branding.
- Coordination/Contacts with: Internal: All departments (Industrial and Consumer & Construction) External: Training providers, manpower agencies and cooperatives, contact person/s for university relations and job fairs, marketing and communications agencies specifically targeting employer branding, diversity and inclusion local partners
Job Environment:
- Competition in the talent market is fierce, both attracting and retaining talents.
- The holder needs to support two different businesses whose strategies and practices are quite different
- Employees onboarded need to be acclimatized to Bostik and Arkema culture
Accountabilities:
Talen Acquisition:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that meets the business needs
- Ensure that KPI, TAT and recruitment pipeline are within cycle time.
- Manage the recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Manage the preboarding to onboarding process.
- Building relationship with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics and make data driven decisions.
- Identify and implement best practices in talent acquisition, talent management, branding, and communications
Employer Branding:
- Maintain and uphold the company’s employer value proposition (EVP) and brand.
- Create and implement strategies to promote the company’s EVP.
- Create content for social media that showcases the company culture and values.
Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote company news and initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing team on external communications strategies to promote company’s brand, values, and mission.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and promote company news and initiative.
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement action plans to address employee feedback
- Create, strategize, and manage employee engagement activities that creates impact and ensures employee wellness and well-being.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate diversity and inclusion (D&I) considerations into HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Identify and assess D&I opportunities within HR functions and recommend actions for improvement
- Implement programs that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Identify potential HR related D&I risks and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies.
Employee Development:
- Collaborate with leadership team to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Create and strategize training needs assessment across the organization
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields.
- At least five (5) years of experience in human resources and at least three (3) years in supervisory role.
- Familiar with human resources practices and regulations doing HR functional work which are but not limited to talent acquisition, employer branding and communications, training, organizational development and management, and employee relations and engagement.
- Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other people.
