Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Team Manager to lead our therapy clinic’s operations and support our team of healthcare professionals. The Team Manager will oversee daily clinic functions, manage staff, and ensure smooth patient scheduling and service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an efficient and supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group sessions.
• Monitor client progress, collect data, and update session notes.
• Prepare materials for sessions (face-to-face and online).
• Review client files, goals, and progress.
• Conduct assessments and submit reports within four weeks.
• Provide timely video/photo updates to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean and organized session environment.
• Oversee reports prepared by coaches to ensure quality and consistency.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Participate in internal and external training.
• Oversee training schedules and materials for coaches.
• Participate in conventions and functional medicine workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, Neuroscience, or any related field.
• With at least 2-5 years work experience in the same field.
• Ability to assess, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to mentor and oversee a team of coaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration with guardians.
• Experience working in schools, rehabilitation centers or clinic (preference).
• Proficiency in training and developing team members.
• Ability to manage session planning, materials preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Can start ASAP.
