Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements of Maxmasaya projects.
Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues of Maxmasaya.
Coordinate resources effectively to ensure optimal allocation and utilization, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, making adjustments as necessary to optimize resource utilization.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to track progress and performance.
Other duties may be assigned by the department head.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in IT or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years in IT project management.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project lifecycle, implementation, and management techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery; coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based
