Software Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving software issues, including operating systems, applications, and drivers.

- Network Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).

- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users, either on-site or remotely, addressing issues with hardware, software, and networks.
