Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or similar setting
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the WH Manager in ensuring that all necessary documents are managed properly in accordance to ISO standards. Ensures all records are updated.
  • Provides support to WH Manager/ Asst WH Manager/ WH Supervisor on needed documents/ records for client/ supplier/ internal audits
