Campaign Strategy and Ads Execution

What You’ll Be Doing：

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
• Create engaging ad content creatives and continuously optimize ad content performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
• Implement A/B testing for ad elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in managing advertising budgets and monitoring spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
• Prepare promotional ideas/content based on client's requirement.
• Content creation for social media.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Junior or Senior Level
• At least 1 year experience in relevant job.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good command in Mandarin, English& Cantonese.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Edit video using tools like CapCut, Canva or other industry-standard software.
• Usage of any analytic tools (Google Analytic, Facebook Insight or any related platform)
• Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
• Training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
• Tech savvy, strong sense on latest marketing trend.
• Able to update ads status/handling ads issue on after working hour/weekend – no need to back office.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
