We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to manage our daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts
- Process payments on time
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on collections
- Supervise cash management
- Record and receipt all collections
- Assist in annual financial audits
- Manage endowment, annuity, and restricted funds
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Oversee cashiering and student fee records
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Good communication and computer skills
