What You'll Do:

• Become a product expert, professionally representing a top-tier bank.
• Engage with a provided list of existing and potential customers, introducing them to valuable banking products and promotions.
• Utilize your persuasive skills to build instant rapport, qualify leads, and successfully close sales over the phone.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to our project's success.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a telemarketing or telesales role is essential, with experience in banking or finance being a major advantage.
• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Communication: Flawless fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus!
• Skills: You are a master of persuasion and negotiation with an unstoppable, target-driven mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
