Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through voice interactions with international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing accurate resolutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

General Qualifications

Educational Background

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with a minimum of 1 year BPO international voice experience or Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills
