Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and basic technical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may require flexible hours.
