- Storefront Management: Upload and manage product listings across platforms(eg.Shopee/shopify/amzon), ensuring high quality imagery,SEO-friendly descriptions, and accurate pricing
- Order Fulfillment: Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels daily to prevent overselling and coordinate restocks with the procurement team
- Customer Experience: Handle escalated customer inquiries regarding shipping status, returns, or product defects.
- Data & Reporting: Generate weekly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and return patterns to help identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up promotional vouchers, flash sales, and seasonal discount codes
