- Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads and clients regarding manpower requirements
- Ensure timely deployment of hired employees
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Assist in investigations and preparation of incident reports and NODs
- Support employee engagement activities and company programs
- Timekeeping, Payroll & Compensation
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedules
- Validate timekeeping records for payroll processing
- Assist in payroll concerns and employee pay-related inquiries
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, updates, and claims
- Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation
- Training & Development
- Coordinate employee orientations, trainings, and performance evaluations
- Assist in identifying training needs and maintaining training records
- Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and company policies
- Maintain employee 201 files and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports (manpower, attrition, disciplinary actions, attendance)
